WHO WE ARE
I’m Tom Catron, a 28-year veteran police officer specializing in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and situational awareness.
I founded Vigilant Services & Training to equip everyday people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to prevent threats and protect their families, congregations, and communities.
My mission is simple — safety isn’t optional. Every workshop I teach is rooted in real-world experience, designed for ordinary people, and built to deliver practical, usable skills the very same day.
